Just go to your friends list, click Guild... If it is showing the name of the guild with your guild rank (member, veteran, or officer), the leave guild button should be there. if it shows the list of members in the guild, click the Guild Options button below it and there should be a button that you can press which allows you to leave your current guild. Hope that helps!
