Post-Anniversary Guild Photo and Survey
Ahoy mates! Seeing as we recently had our anniversary for two years, I feel the need to get some things done. At our recent meeting, we planned a guild photo that I have been meaning to take for several months now, just never really found the right time to post it! I feel that now is a good time, so that after framing the picture and putting it above our mantlepieces with all the severed heads of the Navy we have killed, we can say "That's us in our second year in these waters!". I'll probably take several screenshots with different themes and we can all figure out which screenshot(s) we'll keep. The current date for the screenshot is going to be Monday, August 15th at 4PM EST (3PM Central, 2pm Mountain, 1pm Pacific, 9pm Iceland/UK). If this doesn't work for you, please tell me and I'll try to work something out. I want as many people there as possible.
Now, onto something else I've been meaning to do. Seeing as we finished two years, I'd like some feedback on how I am doing, and how we are doing as a guild. Below I have a survey that relates to general happenings in the guild, events, officer performance, my own performance, and more. When filling it out, please copy and paste the survey into a PM. Make your written answers clear, but don't make them go on forever. For selecting from a list, please bold the item you've chosen, and leave the others as is. You may mark multiple answers unless it says otherwise. Make sure to use a #2 pencil and make your markings dark and clear.... okay forget that last part. General Guild Survey
On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate the guild's socialization and how often the guild is doing activities together, other than events?
1. Few people talk, and most people never do anything together.
2. There is occasional chatter, but it is usually quiet. There are occasional activities done together.
3. A fair amount of socialization. People will sometimes do things together.
4. Good socialization in guild chat. People are usually doing activities together.
5. Lot's of socialization in guild chat, and people are almost always doing activities together.
On a scale of 1 to 5, how close do you feel to your guildmates?
1. I feel ignored, and barely know the people when they come online
2. I know a few people, but not very well.
3. I know most people, but am not particularly close to anyone.
4. I know almost everyone in the guild and am good friends with a lot of them.
5. I know everyone and feel like a member of a family.
On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate our activity?
1. I'd find more activity in the middle of Antarctica.
2. One to three people online at a time.
3. A fair amount of people, but not too many.
4. A good amount of players, between five and fifteen.
5. Too many. Sometimes it even gets annoying.
Events
On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate our guild events in quality?
1. Boring and drab. I'd much rather do other things.
2. Alright, but still need a lot of work to be fun.
3. Fun, but not amazing.
4. Quite fun, I look forward to doing them.
5. Amazing. Some of the best times I've had with the guild. Top notch.
On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate our guild events in quantity?
1. Far too few. We need a lot more.
2. There could be more.
3. A fair amount, not a huge amount, but it isn't too few.
4. Perfect.
5. Too many. Let's cut down a bit.
Your opinion on our Guild Quest. Choose more than 1 if you feel necessary.
a. Too scripted. There should be more freedom in how we play.
b. Perfect combination of organization and freedom. I feel like part of an actual story.
c. Not very interesting. We should have better stories behind the quests.
d. Very interesting and fun to participate in.

5. Excellent. I could not ask for a better bunch of officers.

1. Shadow Sorcerors would be far better without you.
2. There are several things you need to improve on.
3. Fair. Not too bad, not great either.
4. Good. A few things you need to work on, but overall pretty good.
5. Doing amazing! Almost all decisions you make are the best.

Thanks mates! Please try to get this Survey in as soon as possible! I won't put in an official turn in date, but maybe try to get it in by the 20th. First five to get their survey in get a prize! Remember, on the survey, be BRUTALLY honest! Remember, if you keep it in, the guild won't get any better!
