we have a gentle puzzle to keep them trained .

This will be challenging, considering my vocabulary is mostly limited to "ARRR!", "SINK THEM ALL!", and "GIVE ME RUM!" . This looks fun. I'll definitely PM you soon.

EDIT: I was just looking at the questions, and I see number 7 down is "What ship is called". Is that a typo? Because that seems like an incomplete sentence, and if its a complete the sentence kind of thing that's really vague, hehe.

At first I thought it was a design thing.

Mine would win the most challenging with the chemical word for titon. ( Over 18,000 letters!!!! :P )

It does seem that number 7 is a typo, it makes no sense.

What ship was called "The Best pirate ship in the land"? apparently my puzzle creator didn't like the quotation marks

You can print them, fill it in, scan them back into the computer, upload image to a "PRIVATE" gallery, and send me the link in a PM

You can just list the answers in a PM using the same question order

I agree completely. That's why you can miss one and still get the first award. Only thing I can suggest is print out the crossword and write in the four answers that intersect with it and see if you can figure out what the right answer is.
