As others have stated, don't be afraid to explore your options aside from the guilds you're used to. If you are used to being a part of guilds closer to maximum capacity, then you might want to try and explore options in more moderately-to-small sized guilds - after all, you won't know how it'll fit you until you try.

And it's a much better idea to look around the forums, than to have other guilds come here and advertise to you. I could sit here and make you think my guild would be perfect for you, but only you can truly make that decision.

Scan around the forums in the guilds and clans section (don't limit yourself to the subforums, either,) and see which guild you think would be best for you based on their rules, activity, organization, etc. etc. If you become interested in a particular guild, you may want to try private messaging the guild's Guildmaster to get a few more details about the guild.
