I love this idea and the ghost that should give the quest should be Captain Walter.

How do i send this to Disney? This needs to happen! I'm sick of easy quests that take a long time to do but don't give real rewards. Plus it would make people who couldn't get legendary weapons happy because they would get the chance to get some without months of looting.
