hmm here are some possibilities;
- did she ever mention cannon? some high lvl 30's i know only have like lvl 7 cannon .-. - also treasures give rep every time u get a new one although i doubt this would be why - she might have lied or was exzaggerating - she might be one of the ones who have not recived certain quests yet so she may not have staff or grenade and if thats the case then no she woulnd get to 40 check her pirate on xd |
