Also, if you are going to raise the level limit, then get something else in place of the free War Frigate. I've seen lots of people that are in their high twenties and they have War Frigates.

Yeah, but a level 30 can't really do this quest. Also, I have no ideas for the replacment of the war frigate... Maybe more gold?
