Well i still haven't had time to organize my pics but on the voodoo doll page (maybe other weapons too) the last version of the weapon should be Witch Doll and unlock at level 10.
Also for the Voodoo staff page here are the skill unlockes: Blast: 1 Soul Flay: 1 Pestilence: 2 Wither: 4 Concentration: 6 Spirit Lore: 8 Flaming Skull: 10 Conservation: 12 Banish: 14 Spirit Mastery: 17 Desolation: 20
