I am very upset right now because i have been trying to get on my pirate i made 2 years ago again they said that if you dont log on in six months that your pirate will get deleted I think that is the most Stupidest thing ever. I am very upset at Disney right now

Are you talking about restoring a character? They changed their policies to, if that character was deleted more than one month ago, you can no longer restore it.

No i just hadnt logged on sop the live chat person said it automatically deletes the characters

I don't think that the pirate being deleted is true at all. My pirate was made back after the game came out of beta and then i stopped playing for about two years. I came back just this past summer and my pirate was still there. So I'm pretty positive yours will still be there too.

I logged on and they werent there the live chat person said they were gone too

NVM I have gotten my pirates back there was a confusion whch account they are on it took about 5 different live chats
