I think the idea of having a guild hideout is already on the drawing board for Disney's staff. Before I left and cancelled my subscription, they asked for members to take a survey and one of the questions asked what new features would you like seen in the game - one of them being a guild hideout/fortress. Not saying that this is implying it is in the works, but I'm sure they have thought of it. Personally I think it's a great idea, gives guild a real sense of home, you know? Perhaps if they add a hideout they can make a guild vault of some sorts where the guilds can manage money to fund guild fleets, etc.
