Need a hint for quest

Good afternoon all! I am LV 22, on the key quests. I just completed the quest to remove a curse from a bag of gold, now Karbay is sending me in search of a treasure chest "near the gypsy in Tortuga".

Don't want to know exactly where it is, but I've run around in circles for a while and need a small hint...is it in the cave with the skellys or outside of it, where she is?

It's talking about one of those green circles on the ground. It's in tortuga, not in any caves.
