Just found out that my second pirate I have added is PERFECT!!! Now this makes no sense at all does it?
I am afraid it is all connected to Ravens Code now. My second pirate isn't there yet.

Aye, same here! My Chimera Doll pirate is normal.
It is connect to the update but I know other pirates who have been to Raven's Cove and are completely fine.
