Yeah, I was looking in that case on the fact of the reason that while you may hold 3, you must wait around 3-5 minutes between uses. I understand how many you can hold at a time though, and what that boils down to is the average pirate lvl to enemy lvl. ^^

Thats true. It also depends on quantity of enemy attacking u at once too =p
