Getting the desktop version is easy. All you have to do is go to the pirate online website. On the left hand side click the little tab that says help. Select the operating system you use. (ex. Mac PC) There should be two little thingys that either say 'Download for PC' or 'Download for Mac' Click the one that is right for you and it'll either download it, or bring you to a page where you download it.

well the desktop launcher worked great for me! i was able to log in and get to the game. i would like to thank everybody who was on last night for giving me such warm welcomes ;D
