Pvp is a glitch exploit not a third party program that modifies the game to the players liking.

for example the speed hack was with cheat engine which is a third party program and would get you banned or even terminated.

PVP glitch is just a bug in the game that players have found and are now exploiting it for their amusement, and like all bugs it must be fixed!
