The Navy Cannon's.. Mini-Game?

Some how, I have a feeling Disney is losing its creativity.

What happened to all the good idea people? The players have better ideas than the developers, or if the developers have good ideas, their bosses are saying, "No, no, those are too adult, we need to target kids."

The game is held back by the target aduience. If kids weren't the main goal for the game, and developers worked on what they think is cool, I think the game would be better.

Unfortunately, Disney probably doesn't think online games is a billion dollar industry.(when it is)

If kids weren't the target, it could be like Pirates of the Caribbean Armada of the Damned. Looking both good and worth the pay check you spend on it.

I just saw the Trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned from Disney Interactive. I think I have to agree with you this time. They seem to be taking the Pirate franchise and upping the target audience from 10+ to what is sure to be Teen. At least 10 sailors are shot and/or blown up in the trailer alone. Looks fun. And it looks a lot like Fable II.

Anyway...I still think the Cannon Mini-Game is a let-down. I am not a huge fan of Space Invaders style play. If I was, the Internet is FULL of free casual games that would occupy me for years.
