The dagger has some good Passive skills you'll want down the road.
I believe those Passives are described in a post near the top of the "WeaponSmith" Forum. Check 'em out. Not to mention, you'll need to get the Dagger movin' on up, if you intend on gaining that mystical Level 40 Notoriety.
