I finally found my "congratulations" email I received from Disney when I signed up for POTCO. It says:

With your pre-order, you will receive: * 50% off your first month - that's only $4.95! * Limited-edition certified cloth map* *Exclusive Founder Title for every pirate on your account *Exclusive Crew Kit* Thank you for pre-ordering blah blah blah. *These items will be sent to you via mail a few weeks after the launch - keep an eye out for them. Ok, now we all know how long it took to get the maps. Wonder when (and what) we will be receiving our "Exclusive Crew Kit"?
