On my Mac Pro desktop keyboard the F1-F7 keys work flawlessly.
Since the latest patch, the only thing I have noticed is the server will reset a zone and knock everyone out. NO other issues at all on my Mac Pro. The poster 2 posts above me detailed the Mac Book fn key combo, perhaps you have a Mac Book variation and that will work? The scroll wheel on my mouse scrolls through the weapons perfectly too.
