Hey, can anyone help me? I got this problem a few weeks ago saying I get disconnected from the server like every time I go to another island. I've tried reinstalling it a lot, I've tried opening a port to my router, but that didn't work.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?! I would really like to get it fixed soon! Thanks.
