is evrything else running fine on ur pc jade?
i know this always gets said but do check and see if your graphics card has a update available. some other things that MIGHT help is to do a disc cleanup and disc defrag. not saying they will help but they wont hurt either.

 I'm so sorry, Jade. That can get so frustrating! Another of our guildmembers, Solomon is having the same problems. I sure hope they fix it soon for everyone's sake!
