Well, I can tell you a few things.

First off, I will not be quitting the game any time soon.
Second, I am planning on getting unlimited, but I may find something else to do with my money, I most likely will just get POTCO with my allowance money and spend my money I have saved up later.
So no requirements, you'll take a Level 12 Notoriety Non-Member(For now;-p) Level 7 all weapons available to non-members?

hey, can any BTTB member tell me what to do with a guild code i recieved from one of your members?

If it's within 48 hrs (I think they expire...), open your friends box, click on guild, then guild options. There you should see something like Redeem Invite. That's where you put in the code.
