1. We're you attempting to upload the image from your computer, or a url elsewhere? 2. What format was the image saved in (.jpg .jpeg .gif .png)? 3. What were the dimensions and file size of the image? It'll be about an hour before I can get back to you, but I'll try to assess the issue as soon as I can.
