Does ANYBODY know why this happens? Does this actually happen to anyone else other than me? If not, than this is pretty saddening...

I've tried testing out Pestilence and Flaming Skull on some medium level enemies ( ones that don't die upon usage of these moves ). I looked at their health bars, but they never lost any damage. The only things I have that can burn now are Scorch ( Doll ) and Fire Bomb ( Grenades ).
