Sounds like you have a mailware type virus - that is affecting your web browsing.
-oops - New to the forum and I guess I can't put links to sites with info? Do a search sepcifically for your browser and your main issue - you will find that some info comes up with some links on how to get rid of this. It should be pretty easy to get rid of it - just an add-on that got added innadvertantly.
