What are the best builds for each weapon?

For leveling up, keep one point in each skill. That earns you the most rep out of everything. I prefer putting some points in attacks to make them stronger, so it goes faster though.

For questing, it depends. If you want it done fast, focus on 3 points in attacks, and place the rest in areas you prefer (bladestorm, etc.)

For PVP builds, put majority of your skills in the final 2 attacks for sword, and leave the dagger 1 in each. Then put the rest of the points in passives, combat skills and throwing skills.
