I heard theres a sequel to TP comming around in the upcoming years too.

Currently the Zelda team is working on a Zelda game for Wii, which, as stated by Nintendo employees, will have a time frame which is between the events that occured in TP and WW. So its not going to be a direct sequel, but there probably will be a few noticable things from TP in it. Current scheduled release date is around 2011-2012 though, so we'll have to wait and see....

From what i head you play an old man link.But who knows there could always the time elements like in OoT.

The game is planned to have you plays as an adult Link, appearently who is only a few years old then the Link from TP (but remember, different time period!)

Hopefully, yes. However, the Zelda team at Nintendo has stated that they plan to "create a Zelda game unlike the others" when it comes to game-play. We'll have to wait and see....
