I guess what I want to know is this--although the level cap was raised to 50 (except in Ben's case), the player cards show what our levels WOULD be if all of our rep that we would have gained fromn level 40, but our players are all strating out as level 40 with NO rep past 40.

So, which one they gonna go with?

Hey Bart , what's the fastest speed you have seen for a ship?
Cause I maxed wind catcher and still only move at 12 knots on my sloop of war.
