Gunner's Quest For Rum...idiotic Question

The teleport quest is separate from the main story quest.

Unless I am mistaken, they are not linked to prevent one from being done before the other.

That said, there are 2 spots to dig near Gunner's shack. One is in front of the entrance to Beckett's quarry, the other is in the corner by the entrance to the fort. And, of course, there is the spot near Romany Bev, under the awning area just next to her.

They are separate quests. Gunner is part of the story quest, and TP to PDF is a quest you are offered once you reach lvl 23. It would have made my life easier if I'd had TP before I started with Gunner, but I wasn't high enough level at the time. Although you have to do a ton of sailing for the Gunner quest anyway, so it wasn't that bad.

right....well I guess I reached level 23 before the Gunner quest then
and that's how I got the teleport for del Fuego.

Thats too bad for someone on that quest,
because it definately made the quest go a little quicker.

Frankly, they made this game way too easy to level up in and I'd say they should raise the level of TP to all of the islands until after most have already finished the quest line there. What fun is it leveling up and maxing your character in one month anyway?

I agree! I haven't mastered my character... yet. I would have if I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to finish my quest (Black Pearl)... and still waiting now...

The game is fun, but too short! Good grief.

I agree game is much to short, or at least what they have out now because i took my time and enjoyed the scenery, took a couple (thousand) whacks at the grunt in port royals fort who dont attack back lol and im lvl 26 and waiting for the boss battle to open. But for those who "maxed" in a month it should be a hollow victory seeing as like any disney game, most here are familliar with toontown im sure. The max lvl rises each time a significant addition to the game is released because if your level 40 doing the next story quest.... what exactly do we think each of the hundreds of quests will reward this time..... toothpaste (even if we pirates could use some lol)? Obviously disney would know that if your characters "maxed" then what would be the motivation for doing another trivial version of mad hatters quests so it will probably raise to the latter of 60 or so. An like toontown and other now dead disney games im sure it will go well above lvl 100 but i dread that seeing as at lvl 25 i needed 16000 to progress to 26 i can immagine for 99 to 100, somone should calculate how much it rose each lvl and approximate what it will take at high lvls like those. But you have to think also this quest is before the first movie even starts (guessing) because this isnt retrieve a boat from barbossa its getting it from the navy so if it is going to follow the movies be a bit redundant if it didnt. then the next quest should start with sparrow being marooned by barbossa's gastly crew. Just have to wait and see.
