I still have the same problem, should I call Disney or something?

Was gonna tell you to try online chat/tech support, but it's down for maintenance right now.
I guess I'd say to call them.

if the problem exists only on one machine and the other one works fine then quite simply you have a software issue. This being said since it worked fine up until recently you might want to retrace your steps on what you have done in the week prior to the problem?
Download any files or MP3 ? visit any suspect web sites? A computer virus and or hack can take the form of many different things. They usually either are set up to spy on you " a keystroke logger" or will attack your ability to play movies music, burn cd's etc.. If you have anti-virus software just because it does not find a problem does not mean you do not have one. Back up your files and do a complete reinstall of windows. The back up images and restore that is built into XP and Vista is utter garbage and should be avoided as all modern virus will be activated in the event you try to restore to a an earlier image |
