Cool avatar can't upload

I found this cool movie clip thats a song/movie clip. It's called You Are A Pirate. I can't save it to my computer and upload it. Is it possible to get it as your avatar? How would I get it as my avatar if its possible?

Avatar's must be no bigger than 64X64 pixels, and less than 88 Kbytes in size. Also, if you can't get it to your computer, you probably can't upload it as an avatar. Lastly, watch to make sure it's not copyrighted material.

As far as how to obtain the movie clip your referring to, I do not have anything to add other than if its not easy to save to your PC, then it is likely not intended to be saved to your pc (copyrighted/protected).

You would need to convert any video/image, etc to a PNG, JPG, or GIF image file (GIFs have animation ability)

Your custom image dimensions must be within 64 by 64 pixels,
and the filesize needs to be 87.9 KB or smaller.
