We're canceling both of our accounts today. We were going to try to keep them and see what came out, but this ruins the way we play, and I'm tired of what they are doing to those who have played so long.

Don't give in. FIGHT! We are the customer here, and if Disney is truely the "Family" oriented business that they claim to be, they will listen to us. But, they can only listen to what they can hear. FIGHT!! Post everywhere! Call, email, blog, whatever, just make them hear us!
