Trying to find a huge aligater

Well my quest says to find some earth by defeating huge alligaters ive only seen
Swamp alligater and Big alligaters but a cant find a ny huge ones so can anyone tell me where i can find some.

You can find huge alligators on Cuba - go thru the same entrance you use to speak to Tia Dalma.

sometimes they're outside the entrances to pantano river. but if you can't find any out there, definitely head inside where tia is.

I was able to find the huge alligator this way too. I just waited outside the entrance to pantano river and one showed up. Be careful though-I had 2 alligators attacking me at once there.

Every time i met a huge alligator there where two of them(i died both times and i had the voodoo doll...) so go prepared and get about 3 life waters (tonic).

Yeah that Huge one is hard to find. I found one lurking in the swamp of Tortuga, but he was hidden well.

Try teaming up with some friends, it will be easier for you. Good luck
