New launch site faces Outcast. The island of PDF is smaller and easier to sail around. Many of the same ships that used to be around PDF are back and the large number of EITC ships are gone. As stated, the compass seems to be fixed and you indeed do see ships as soon as they spawn so no more surprises for the moment. The rendering of the lava and smoke from the volcano are not there yet. Outcast seems to be farther from PDF and closer to Tormenta.(didn't measure but it seems that way to me)



Update: Some of the holes in wall have been fixed and the cactus are green again. The bridge is rendering and colored properly. Unfortunately there are several new walls that are now walk through and the many of the wall glitches that I reported are still there. Still no bosses on PDF back beach.

The "Bosses" are still there, you just need to kill a few of the regular undead guys for them to generate.

You have seen General Darkhart and/or Timothy Darden "generate" on the back beach of PDF on test server? The bosses that you are referring to are not the same bosses I think . If you or anyone else does manage to find either of the missing bosses listed above please post where and the circumstances so we can all get some useful information. Thank you.

I've spent lots of time on the beach, been around every corner at least a few times. No, the General or Timothy have not been seen.

I do know that other Bosses do generate after killing a few Gypsies or Raiders. I had told Skip that I saw a couple of the Bosses, since working weapons isn't his favorite thing to do......... knowing the Bosses by name would be um a surprise to me

We mostly like to sail, test out new features, if anyone is working weapons, it would be me in my spare time.

A redo of something that didn't need redone!
No new content, no new quests or story lines!

As far as I'm concerned the "new" PDF is a total waste of development time that could have been spent developing the next story chapter.

It's nice to see that Disney hasn't stopped all development.
It's disappointing that they don't seem to care a bit about the people who have been paying them for over a year and have nothing to look forward to. They could simply give them (us) something of interest and a reason to keep playing the game. A redecorating of PDF isn't it!

I would have preferred it if they left the layout of the islands alone, for the most part, making changes only as needed, and spent the rest of the time on new stuff.

I'd much rather see a new high level island than changes to existing ones, for example...
