Best bet is the Pardes Back Beach, or Elsuderon. To get to ElSud, go thru Beckets Quarry (the cave behind Gunners Shack). You can find all the grenaiders in there. If you continue all the way thru ElSud, you'll come out on the back beach of PDF.

If you want to avoid Beckets altogether, you can swim around PDF to get to the back beach.
