The game isn't actually done in POTCO... Swash is the 'game master' like in a board game. Here, players post their moves / intentions / attacks each round - then Swash takes that and posts an update to the action.

For example, I would take Cuba and get my units, gold and items from Swash. I then post my moves, then Swash posts an update. I then post my next moves (etc.)

Swash, maybe an example for everyone is required?
