got a quick question. im mastered on sail. however i cannot get the last skill level to open. its the one called leadership. it comes after the take cover skill.. im a level 40 pirate master with everything except cannons mastered.. am i missing something. do i need master cannon for that sail skill to open.. arrrrrghhh LOL

Master Sail is the prize you get for completing the Pearl Quest - it is not a 'weapon earned' skill but a 'quest completed' skill

Once you see jack after saving th Pearl - you are awarded Master Sail. It also holds no 'earned points' - so you do not need to save points for it to make it better.
