im from germany but i have bought the pre-order and dont have problems.

how did you enter your addres?? the order for only has state options and no mention of the country.

I can enter credit card details but though it would reject it as I couldn't enter the address.

When the game opens, we probably will lose our free membership, unless we pre-order, or pay sometime after the opening.

Why would they give out free memberships to beta testers, if they were sending e-mails to beta testers for pre-ordering?
