Every now and then I'll be on a server that is way bogged-down (you move real slow)... but just about all the frames for the weapons clip will run. Or you get a server where you move so zipity-doda fast the clips are way off

well i looked on the release notes and it said they fixed the "bug" for running extreamly fast and jumping extreamly high.
