It may have been a bug but when I had to get Althea I didnt get her from a flafship and I didnt have to board the ship either. Lol

Here's one you may want to add since she is a person of interest in the quest for teleportation to Padres Del Fuego.
On Padres Del Fuego there is a gypsy just outside of town named Romany Bev. She is located just outside the entrance to Lava Gorge.

Peggo, my instructions to me were to find Captain on a Navy Frigate or Galleon. That is where I found him and I did not have to board. l just started the Captains portion of the Scary Mary Lash quest yesterday, so I am sure I will be updating again in the next few days.
Anyone else have a NPC character to add? Thanks!

Thanks, XCV461. I needed to update to add several others as well. Aye, I have had the pleasure of Captain Barts too for the past several days. Sure wish they would fix that! He is starting to smell a bit! Be sure to send in a bug report if you have not done so yet!

Fillyteen, there is another thread which lists all of the enemies. I do, however, need to update to include all the new tattoo artists, jewelers, and the people who make the new clothes. Will try to get to that tonight.
