Well, I've tried off and on for almost 3 hous now, still can't get to the point where I enter my password. So I guess it is sporadic.

It might be on your end because I can still go on.
If you can, try live chat and ask what might be wrong. You could try downloading the game again if you can't even get into entering your password. |
