lol, you guys are acting like they COULDNT have better graphics. Since potco has lower system requirements, it doesn't exclude people from enjoying it's full potential. Yes, it lacks with some of its detail and graphic quality, but it's entertainment that counts, not to mention simple- unhindered fun, after playing potco, I don't see why more pvp would be necessary, besides I'm pretty sure potbs will have the same run of the mill rpg fighting style, while potco actually has some action rpg aspect to it. I really enjoy the potc storyline and I love the characters and movie. This game is much more nestalgic for me than potbs, and that's worth all of it's flaws. I'll probably try pirates of the "B.S," but play to pay just doesnt work for me.

I think that POTCO has a lot of potential, but, I doubt it's going to be enough to where it's actively something to be worth paying for. If anything, I think that it should be free or you have to pay for it alltogether. I dislike these games like club penguin that make you kinda want to play it, but you really are not interested because you can't do much in it. If that's the fate of POTCO, Then it may already be doomed. Disney makes such a big deal of " Living the life of a pirate " when all we'll be able to do is a few things unless we pay? What kind of a game is that? I think Disney really needs to rethink the way they do this before stepping up to the plate. If they EVER are going to compete against WOW, POBS, and even video game consoles such as the Xbox 360 and the Wii, They have to make it to where it's new, entertaining, and fun.

if you actually research the PotBS game you will see that it will make PotCO look like crud in every aspect (and thats without looking at graphis). It is more realistic , and just plain out fun for tactical and sea battle lovers. As for the Pay to Play not "working" for you then i guess you wont be enjoying PotCO for much time after its released.

1.If your computer is old then maybe you would go with POTCO but my pc isn't that old.
2.PVP is what POTCO does lack. There is none. I did a little bit of PVP today and geuss what you earn?Nothing.
3.POTCO will be pay to play. Yes there is a limited(free) version of it, but expect the limited version to be like Toontown's limited version.

The games have entirely different target audiences.
Hardly fair to compare them... kinda like comparing toontown and WoW or Vanguard or LotRo... there is no comparisson.

The name of Pirates of the Burning Sea says it all: Pirates BS (rotfllll). POTCO is way better. I looked at the screenshots for BS and it actually seems as if it's more cartoony than POTCO lol. But it still look like it will stink.
