Iron Cutlass... LOCKED?!
On my little pirate I reached lv 5 on cutlass. So I went to get the Iron Cutlass and found out it's now locked for basic access members. So I guess those lucky basics with a double barrel pistol, iron cutlass, and whatever it is doll are truly lucky. I ask this... WHAT MORE CAN THEY TAKE AWAY?!
