Missing Membership

When I logged in today I discovered my full membership was missing and I had been reverted to basic membership...
I assumed for some reason my PayPal subscription hadn't paid for the next month automatically, so I paid for full membership once again...
Then one hour later I’m disconnected from the server, I relogin and my account is once again on basic membership.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’m just trying to find out if this is an isolated issue with just my account, or if its something which other people are experiencing too...

I've emailed Disney about it, so if anyone else has this problem ill be sure to let you know the outcome of Disney's reply
