Chat...?

Eh, now I got to go threw this again @_@

I thought I remembered signing up in POTCO beta, and it was so laggy I couldn't play.. Then today I decided to look for a test download to see If I could find my account, so after that, I logged into test using my current user and pass on open sever.. I created a account. Then I joined the Destoryers guild. I tried to talk to someone in the guild but I didn't have the + sign thing.. So I went to manage account logged in went under parental controls and the SpeedChat Plus was checked and all the other ones that give you full chat.. My open character has full chat thingy, but I can't figure out how to give my test one with the same username and password...? Help?
