I've seen threads discussing this new patch, however, I've not seen an actual list of the new ones, like this.

• Enemy level ranges have been tweaked.
• Fixes have been made to solve the problem of not being able to board ships in specific circumstances.
• Improvements have been made to the Game Interface.
• A variety of crashes have been fixed.
• Some performance optimizations have been made for lower end computers.
• A fix has been implemented for swimming after exiting the Barbossa tutorial.
