i know this is a huge topic bumb but i cant resist answering a question
 now the basic access thing has been lifted and i saw a lv 35 in grey name(i think lv 35 is maximum) and they could of raised to 35 but it could that we used to be UA and now is basic access and one of my friends who is basic access jumped from lv 12(the sued to be limit for nototriety) to 13 so i do believe they raised it to 35 and weapons i dont know well happy soon to come halloween(i cant wait  )
