fixed glitches

I tried some of the glitches used on open and found they are all fixed on test. The lava pit in the catacombs and inside the hill on outcast I found that the enemies can now come straight through the wall/ hill and kill you
The fence in KH is the same, the Navy just charge straght through and kill you, and also the invinciblilty glitch has also been removed by disabling the assassin thats usually there, so if you now do nothing you will die LOL
The flag ship glitch has gone also but we knew that wouldnt last much longer lol
