Jailtime after ship got hit once

So my War Gal still had a full bar, we hadn't been hit at all after sinking about 5 ships. Got to a Corsair, they fired ONE time at us, I knew I couldn't get away in time, so I used Take Cover, and OMG that Corsair's 1 hit took my whole ship's bar all the way down to nothing & we sunk. =( Everyone in my crew was mad, coz we were pretty sure the Corsair fired only broadsides at us, their one & only attack on us, nothing extremer than that. There were no other enemy ships nearby on my compass either. I can see if a Corsair fired broadsides at my lil light sloop, of course it would sink immediately, but I was in my War Gal plus I used Take Cover too! Not to mention I got stuck on board after my ship sunk & had to log out as well to get out of that glitch. Royally sux coz we had gotten a few royals on board. =(
