Quests for Basic Access?

Yeah, I'm a little stuck on what to do now..
I'm having a hard time finding quests that are only for basic access people.
Lol. ^-^

I've done all of Sam Seabones' and I'm working on Josie McReedy's.

It still makes me mad how I can't even finish the Black Pearl quest. xD
I mean really, it's pretty much the quest that the game is based on.. and why stop it in the middle? Haha. Even though you couldn't be high enough level to finish it anyway. xD

So, anyone know of any quests I can do? Thanks in advance!
